Atty. Normal Paul A. Turingan
Norman has been in the tax and corporate services practice since 2010. He has experience in providing advice to clients on Philippine tax and corporate laws, including transfer pricing rules, the preparation of transfer pricing documentation based on the local regulation and BEPS Action 13, assisting clients in handling tax investigations covering various substantive and legal issues, assisting clients in various issues and concerns with the tax authority and other government agencies, and securing tax rulings and refunds. He has served clients that operate in different industries such as air transportation, auto industry, IT-BPO, semi-conductors, mining, cement manufacturing, consumer goods, media, pharmaceutical, etc. He also has an eighteen-month prior experience in audit and assurance practice.
Norman is a CPA-Lawyer and he graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Laws at San Beda University in April, 2009 and passed the 2009 bar exams. He also obtained his degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at San Beda University in April, 2003. He took and passed the October 2003 CPA board exams.
